The 16th of September, 1958, Jennifer Tilly was born in Los Angeles in extremely substandard circumstances. Her mother worked as teacher at a local school and was an unremarkable actor, and her father sold automobiles. Jennifer is the third of her family's four children, frequently attended her mother to her theater performances and was very impressed with her. Jennifer's divorce was finalized after she reached the age of five. Jennifer spent most of her early years living in British Columbia after her mom moved there along with the other four children. Jennifer was, despite having been quite an artistic child but was hardly a studious individual. She was frequently the target of bullying as a result of her experience in Canada's schools. As her love for theatre diminished, she started acting in theatre plays to help her mom. Her children all were encouraged by their mom to follow their passion for art.
